Frequently Asked Questions

Should I hire an investigator?

If you have an attorney, you should consult them first to determine whether or not your matter needs investigative support. You should also understand that the attorney plays the supervisory role in the private investigator / attorney relationship. They will represent you in court and fight for you, this means they are the lead in the case and we provide the investigative support. If you are not currently represented, we can refer you to an attorney specific to your situation.

How much does an investigation cost?

The complexity of the case either civil or criminal may span long periods of time which may extend through a trial. In some cases our involvement might be significantly less with just a matter of hours or days. Generally you can expect to pay $125.00 per hour plus any incurred expenses. If we are asked to provide an expert witness his or her fee may be higher.

What is the cost of a consultation?
